Shipping

Allow 1 - 2 weeks for shipping via USPS standard ground. Shipping charges are $3.00. If you are a North Carolina resident, a 7% sales tax will be added to the final purchase price.

Return Policy

Satisfaction is a must. I want all of my customers to be happy customers as well as repeat customers. I stand behind my jewelry and craftsmanship so if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to me within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. I will also repair any piece of mine that should encounter a mishap, given the availability of the beads. I do, however, reserve the right to charge a nominal fee for repairs due to errors other than my own.
